RN – CVICU | 12H Nights | 36hrs GTD | 2+ yrs ICU exp required (MUST have Level 1 Trauma; cardiac ICU exp preferred, Level II/cardio ICU accepted) | BLS & ACLS required (CCRN preferred) | EMR: Cerner | Ratios 1:1–2 (high acuity) | Advanced cardiac care (CABG, IABP, ECMO, CRRT, TAVR, transplant) | Must pass dysrhythmia exam (2 attempts) + Day 1 SIM Lab (pass/fail) | Floating to all ICUs + Tele (4:1) incl.
