Location : Chicago, IL 60631

Setting : Hospital

Shift : 5x8s evening/night shift. 14:30 - 22:30. Rotating weekends and nights if needed. Must also be able to work graveyard shift.

Call : Overnight and weekend calls equate to 2-3 times a week. 

OT/Holiday rate : $101.25/hour

License/Certifications required : ARRT(CT), ...
