Education:

ASN or BSN; BSN preferred

Required:  

WI or Compact RN license, AHA BLS, AHA PALS; AHA ACLS preferred, but not required. 

Minimum experience: 12 - 18 months of independent nursing in high acuity cardiac PICU required. Level I Trauma experience highly preferred. 

Special skills: Use critical thinking and cardiac,  High acuity cardiac PICU with open heart, heart transplants, and open chests.
