**Traveling HR Generalists - Data Centers**

Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking to hire Traveling HR Generalists** for **full-time** work in **Ellendale, North Dakota** . The **pay range for this position is $38-$40 per hour.** The majority of our position **hours range from 65-75 hours a week** . We will welcome candidates open to relocation. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole.

**Ultimate LLC HR Generalists Responsibilities**

+ Facilitate open communication channels with employees and management team by answering related questions, explaining benefits, policies and procedures and escalating issues/questions to the Leadership team
+ Manage employee engagement and conflict resolution
+ Process various paperwork or online requests
+ Validate adherence to current employee policies and update as necessary
