Treasury Analyst
Oklahoma City, OK 73125 Position Summary: The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing, overseeing, and analyzing all banking and financial activity. Will develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to ensure alignment. Represents the company on all credit card services and disputes, as well as the main correspondent for all banking questions, paperwork, and management of store-level signers. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Manage and set up all daily incoming and outgoing cash transactions, including daily wires, ACH, and issuing stop payments using financial software. Post transactions into the financial ledger. Monitors store bank accounts and maintain balances as defined by corporate.
2. Analyze cash flow, as it relates to income and expenses, financial assets, and loan obligations. This may include accounts receivable, capital expenditures, and miscellaneous expenses.
