Job Title: LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) – Days

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The facility has two floors, and candidates may be required to float between units. This position follows a standard LTC nursing scope of practice and utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) EMR.

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Shift: Days (3x12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)


• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
