On behalf of our GoC Defence client, S.i. Systems is searching for an ERP System Analyst (DRMIS Field Service Representative) to deliver embedded, front‑line SAP/DRMIS support for aircraft maintenance organizations.

Position Overview

The analyst will work directly with Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) technicians, supervisors, and senior maintenance managers to enable effective use of the DRMIS Enterprise Maintenance system during daily operations, exercises, and deployments.

Must Haves

• 3+ years experience with SAP PM/MM or DRMIS aircraft maintenance modules
• Experience supporting field users in operational or deployed technical environments
• Robust communication skills with ability to coach and instruct end‑users
• Familiarity with service desk/ticketing, incident triage, and functional troubleshooting
• Secret Clearance
