Position Purpose:
Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a compassionate and skilled Access Center LPN to join our dedicated team. This role provides telehealth support including patient assessment, education, crisis intervention, counseling, and triage via phone or other interactive media. The RN will support all clinical departments and occasionally assist in clinic operations, promoting health and wellness in underserved communities.
What You Will Do:
Conduct telephonic assessments and provide education, counseling, and triage using established care protocols.
