A North West Local Authority is seeking an experienced Tribunal and Complaints Officer to provide interim support within their SEND service. This role has been created to help address a backlog of complaints and tribunal cases, which is a key corporate priority.

35 hours per week
Hybrid working – minimum 2 days per week on site

Immediate startRole Overview You will play a critical role in supporting the Local Authority to reduce the volume of SEND complaints and tribunal cases.
