Overview:
To provide and maintain high quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all Trinity banquet cold food. We're looking for enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious individuals to join Omni family A line cook plays an instrumental role in the operation of a kitchen by preparing a multiple dishes, both hot and cold, within a variety of cuisine types. As a line cook, you'll have the opportunity to refine your current culinary abilities, while also growing and developing many others as well! If you're looking for a prime opportunity to develop your culinary skills within the Omni Dallas Hotel's top-ranked Food and Beverage program, then the Line Cook position may be the perfect position for you!
Responsibilities:

• Preparing a variety of food items (hot and cold) for theoutlets within a timely manner, prioritizing tasks as necessary
• Operating at least one station within the kitchen (Sauté, Grill, Garde Manger, others as assigned)
