Turnaround Mechanical Planner – Maintenance Team, Singapore Tuas Refinery We are looking for a skilled planner to focus on the safe, flawless, on‑time delivery of Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns. In this role you will work closely with Maintenance sub‑teams and various departments to develop efficient and effective work/job package planning for all mechanical work requests during Turnarounds and Shutdowns.
Responsibilities - Manage the TA Planning Process: understand and deliver the 7 phases and milestones of the planning process.
- Produce high‑quality mechanical planning outputs that maximize efficiency and set the execution team up for success.
- Implement planning best practices, knowledge retention and continuous improvement into the Task List Library and ways of working to enable compounded planning efficiency for future events.
