Turnaround Procurement Coordinator (Temporary)

This position supports the Medicine Hat Complex with operational procurement activities for the upcoming turnaround project.

This is a temporary role with an anticipated duration of approximately four (4) months.

What you’ll do:

• Manage open orders, communicate delays, identify alternatives, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely receipt of all orders.
• Monitor and follow-up on key milestones within the schedule for complex, long‑lead fabrications.
• Support site procurement in delivering short‑term goals aligned with business and site plans.
• Support the efficiency in procurement and materials control by reporting on key performance indicators.
• Proactively identify resources needed to meet customer expectations and turnaround demands.
