Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Customer Relations Unit in all the undertakings related to the unit
  • Coordinates and handles ad hoc duties on site/head office and ensures proper endorsement to CCRU officer and APMC
  • Facilitates communication with the buyers on account status and necessary requirements for the turnover
  • Sending of turnover invite through HubSpot, calls, and SMS
  • Preparation of the turnover video prior to the scheduled virtual turnover and all turnover documents and paraphernalia prior to the turnover
  • Submission of turnover reports and uploading of turnover documents to OneDrive, such as the Unit Acceptance Document, Keepsake, and Buyer Information Sheet
  • Submission of lot and parking images report for the issuance of a final technical turnover notice.
  • Encode and update Salesforce Activity Logs for turnover-related activities.
