We are seeking a **_Tutorial Assistant_** who will support students as needed.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Develop rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
+ Evaluate and document student progress.
+ Communicate student progress and concerns to the Site Project Coordinator.
+ Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning.
+ Suggest improvements to course content.
+ Perform other related duties as requested.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds
+ Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

**Preferred Qualifications**
