UAE National Receptionist | Al-Futtaim Motors | Lexus

We are looking for a UAE National Receptionist with fluent English-speaking skills and some customer service experience.

This is a full‑time permanent role located in Dubai Festival City (Al Badia) .

What you will do

• Provide full support to all customers visiting the service center and serve as the first point of contact.
• Ensure customers receive the world’s warmest welcome upon entering the branch.
• Direct customers with appointments to the correct executive to ensure a smooth transition.
• Send customers a warm send‑off when they exit the branch, making them feel acknowledged and cared for.

Required skills

• Effective communication.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• UAE National with family book.
