Job Description
Responsibilities - Handle Manual/ Automated Test Execution (using TOSCA/ other Bank Approved tool) as per the UAT Plan in line with the test strategy and test plan
- Ensure all test scope and test cases are executed and fulfil the specified requirements within the agreed timeline
- Report defects discovered in UAT, attend defect calls and participate in defect management process and retest
- Review UAT test results and publish test metrics
- Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail
- Provide operational readiness support and conduct training on new system/ enhancement to impacted operations and/ or business users
- Provide post-implementation support to operations users
Qualifications - Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science Engineering or other professional field.
