Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to help design and build the next generation of tawk.to products and features. This role involves working with a creative design team to deliver mobile and web application experiences that drive user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders to create user‑centered designs.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems to guide development.
• Design mobile and web interfaces following mobile design principles (HIG, Apple, Material Design).
• Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides and UI components.
• Support the creation of illustrations and icons for new features.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Design Systems.
• Experience with mobile design principles (Apple HIG, Material Design for Android).
