The position:
We are looking for an On-Site Coordinatorwho will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients. Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 8 hours a day between 06:00-18:00

Role of an On-Site Coordinator:

Manage daily worker attendance, including check-ins/outs, absence follow-ups, and real-time headcount reconciliation against client requirements

Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s operational teams and the agency, ensuring shift coverage, volume changes, and priorities are communicated and executed accurately

Provide on-the-ground support to temporary workers, address day-to-day issues, monitor performance and conduct, and escalate concerns in line with agency and client processes
