Overview
Description The Pension Administrator supports the delivery of member services, as part of a client administration team, in relation to occupational pension schemes. They are expected to progress from basic understanding to more complex work within the first 6-24 months of their employment.
Responsibilities
- Develops a strong understanding of UK pension terminology, UK pension scheme rules, and the core principles of UK pension legislation
- Accurately handles basic member requests such as data updates and straightforward calculations. This also includes answering queries via letter and email
- Communication is primarily within the team and with UK counterparts as required, with an emphasis on ensuring accurate understanding of instruction with colleagues
