Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex luxury reservations, villa allocations, and tailor‑made itineraries across the Maldives, Seychelles, UAE, South Africa, and Thailand.
• Liaise daily with world‑leading luxury resorts and hotel partners.
• Prepare accurate and polished quotations, overseeing bookings from enquiry through to confirmation.
• Support high‑end travel advisors with exceptional attention to detail and service excellence.
• Work closely with operations, concierge, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Ukrainian and English.
• Proven experience and knowledge within luxury reservations for Thailand resorts and/or UAE five‑star hotels.
