About the Role

Auckland-based permanent role with part-time hours (three days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Supports the growth of our Cyber product with strong operational impact. Hybrid role with flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business and renewals across the Cyber portfolio, including quoting, binding and negotiation within delegated authority.
• Manage day-to-day underwriting and portfolio administration, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth workflows and timely service delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with brokers, business partners and internal stakeholders to support responsive, solutions‑focused underwriting service.
• Help establish and maintain operational foundations of the Cyber portfolio by improving processes, supporting documentation and creating structure that supports growth.
