UPMC is hiring a Unit Director for our Oncology unit at UPMC Community Osteopathic in Harrisburg! This is a full time, day shift position.

The Unit Director provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for a 32‑bed medical‑surgical oncology surgical unit within a nationally recognized 4 time Magnet hospital. Chemo‑certified nurses, two-unit clinicians, and a group of seasoned nurses. Embodies a culture of shared governance, professional growth, and evidence‑based practice. Conduct leadership rounds to support staff engagement and Nurse Leader Rounding for patient quality and safety in delivery of care. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
