Key Responsibilities

• Drive health insurance sales through bank partner branches
• Build strong relationships with branch managers and staff
• Train and motivate bank employees on health insurance products
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Support branch teams in customer conversion and closures
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

 Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate (any discipline)
• 1–4 years of experience in insurance/bancassurance (health preferred)
• Strong sales and relationship management skills
• Good communication and presentation abilities
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations
