Roles & Responsibilities:


Generate health insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and branch staff.
Conduct sales meetings and customer interactions to promote health insurance products.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Train and motivate bank employees on ManipalCigna products and sales processes.
Ensure high-quality customer service and policy issuance.
Regularly visit bank branches and provide sales support.


Desired Candidate Profile


Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Direct Sales.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in Bancassurance will be an added advantage.
