Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Primary Purpose - Perform and ensure routine maintenance activities are carried out as scheduled.
- Execute OS/application upgrades and patching.
- Attend to system or application service requests and change requests.
- Provide resolution for all application and/or technical incidents, engaging external support if necessary.
- Identify root cause, implement preventive and corrective measures to mitigate recurring incidents.
- Deliver incident and problem reports to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing system-related documentation and support ISO audit requirements.
- Participate in new project implementations, including requirement gathering, setup & installation, testing, and commissioning.
