Unix Infra is the team supporting core Unix Infrastructure environment, managing Oracle Exadata, Symantec Storage Foundation, Cluster Services, CPS (Coordination Point Services), Samba, NIS, iDM, LDAP, mailrelay (Sentrion/PPS appliances), Centrify, LDOM, VOM (Veritas Operation Manager), Solaris patching infrastructure, OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager), ASR (Automatic Service Request) and other UNIX IT services for internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, deploy, maintain and monitor infrastructure to support a platform used by hundreds of internal and external clients.
• Provide Oracle Exadata platform support; work with DBA and Oracle for daily tasks, expansion and patching support.
• Perform wide range of system administration in a multi‑platform environment.
