Unqualified Teacher

Prospero Teaching is recruiting confident and enthusiastic Unqualified Teachers to support secondary schools in the Fareham area. This role involves stepping into the classroom in the teacher’s absence, delivering pre‑prepared lesson materials, and ensuring pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the lesson.

You will take responsibility for leading classes, managing behaviour, and supporting students with their learning. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, teaching assistants, tutors, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

Work is available on a full‑time or flexible day‑to‑day basis, depending on your availability.
