Untile is a digital product design and development company based in Viana do Castelo, building web and mobile products with clients across Europe in a remote setting.
We're hiring a Product Manager so that each of our squads has its own. At Untile, Product Managers own the what and why of the product; Project Managers own delivery, timelines, and operational execution. You'll lead the product side of one squad alongside designers, engineers, and a dedicated Project Manager.
This role isn't for someone who waits for direction. We want a proactive leader who pushes the product forward, runs the room with clients, and challenges weak assumptions. Passive PMs won't thrive here.
