Specific skill sets

• Banking / NBFC exposure or Payment services exposure of UPI/CBDC
• Process and product knowledge of UPI/ CBDC - Well versed with regulations and working
• Should have managed projects on UPI/ CBDC - must to have
• Complete understanding end to end transaction processing of P2P, P2M, Mandates including at the UPI/ CBDC Switch
• Awareness of latest digital technology and understanding of working of web services or API based messages
• Basic to in-depth knowledge of financial reconciliation and general ledger accounting – must to have.
• Expertise settlement, chargeback and dispute process for INR and Cross Currency will be highly appreciated.
