The Service Engineer is responsible for the commissioning of new products, servicing & troubleshooting of installed products and customer and distributor training.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate work with project teams of Installation & commissioning on site.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities, cycle parts replacement to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults in transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
- Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
- Comply with safety protocols (e.g., Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act).
- Respond promptly to emergencies and power outages.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
