Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Develop planning solutions that effectively address the social, economic and environmental implications of the physical form; modify and/or review proposals based on effective design principles of livable and conducive environments.
- Apply and conform to standard practices for City and Regional Planning guidelines where necessary.
- Apply best practices in urban planning and design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications on projects.
- Independently support the team in delivering projects primarily involving master planning or urban design input in coordination with the team leaders.
- Create innovative design solutions or task management in support of projects in urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.
