What do you need help with?
- Assistance in watching 4 children on all different schedules but specializes in autism.
-Transportation to and from school
When are you looking to hire?
- Beginning to end of April.
Any special qualifications or training?
- Knowledge about autism is a must or willing to learn.
-Must have a drivers license
- Criminal record check with a vulnerable sectors on it. (can be reimbursed)
- First AID and CPR
What is the work schedule?
-Monday, Wednesday and the odd Friday it would be from 1230-530...
- Tuesday and Thursday it is 3:00-530 (this includes picking up children from school)
*This schedule can change in the summer, or if a child is sick, flexibility is a must*
What's your interview process like?
-Sitting down having a coffee and discussing qualifications. Also will need a minimum of 2-3 references. More can be discussed when meeting in person.
