The mission of the Department of Urology is the pursuit of excellence in all three areas of an academic surgical practice: teaching, research, and patient care.
This position is an open rank, collateral, non-tenure track faculty position in the area of Urology. The faculty member will also support the division with teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The faculty member will be responsible for providing clinical services and developing a service line for endourology, nephrolithiasis, BPH and HoLEPS. The faculty member will also develop an endourology fellowship and also provide clinical care at VCU Hospital and a satellite clinic. The clinical position will cover the full breadth of urologic care for nephrolithiasis, BPH and general urology at VCU and the VA.
