We are seeking an experienced US Business Bookkeeper to manage and support the financial operations of US-based companies . The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of solid bookkeeping and audit experience , with a strong understanding of US accounting standards, compliance, and business practices .
This role requires hands‑on experience in US bookkeeping. Experience focused solely on Philippine accounting will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records for US-based businesses
- Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping (AR, AP, bank and credit card reconciliations)
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with US accounting standards
