Position Overview
The US HR-Compensation and Benefits specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits programs in the US region. This role requires a high level of expertise in compensation and benefits administration, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement competitive compensation packages
- Design and maintain employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)
- Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop budgetary plans and forecasts
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies and procedures to managers and employees
- Conduct periodic reviews of compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with business objectives
