Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage a team of tax associates and seniors;
  oversee the preparationand delivery of high volume returns in peak season and during extensions.
• Quality & Review: Perform high-level technical reviews of complex returns (including multi-state and international) to ensure accuracy prior to e-filing.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, leading review calls and tax strategy walkthroughs.
• Workflow Management: Use MIS reporting to monitor team utilization, productivity, and collections;
  allocate engagements based on team bandwidth and expertise.
• Strategic Growth: Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time, support business development through upselling, and manage engagement pricing strategies.
