Application Development Create| modify| and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL| Assembler| or other relevant languages.

System Maintenance Ensure efficient operation of central processing systems| handling updates and enhancements.

Testing Debugging Perform unit testing| debugging| and troubleshooting for software applications.

Collaboration Work with business analysts| system engineers| and other developers to align mainframe solutions with business requirements.

Documentation Create and maintain technical specifications| user manuals| and support documentation.

Performance Tuning Optimize applications for speed and efficiency.
