As a part of Walmart’s Customer Experience Product Org, you’ll be the voice of our customer. By putting the customer at the forefront, we can help customers save both time and money no matter how they shop with us. This role is part of the Fulfillment Clarity and Control team within the eCommerce Fulfillment Customer Experience Product Organization, where you will oversee a strategic track focused on Speed and Promise Clarity. Your work will span end-to-end customer experiences that help customers clearly understand fulfillment speed, delivery and pickup promises, and available fulfillment options across the shopping journey.
