APAC DTC User Growth Manager The APAC DTC User Growth Manager is responsible for driving user growth for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC - APP) business. This role will be fully responsible for the Monthly Active User (MAU) targets across the APAC region, encompassing both new user acquisition and existing customer retention.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute growth strategies, including analyzing market data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Design and implement localized strategies for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Systematize proven growth playbooks and rapidly replicate them across other APAC markets to achieve scalable results.
- Establish a core metrics dashboard and continuously optimize strategies through A/B testing and data analysis to enable rapid iteration.
- Work effectively with Marketing, IT, operations, and other departments, leading country teams to ensure project execution. ...
