About The Team We are looking for dynamic and motivated marketers to join our SG Marketing User Growth team. Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities. In this User Growth role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing campaigns to optimise traffic, Share of Voice (SOV), buyer conversion, and longer-term user retention. End-to-end campaign management experience is required, where key tasks include managing operational workflows as well as post-campaign analysis, ultimately increasing user engagement through the different projects that you manage. Scope of the overall User Growth team includes, but is not limited to: - Online marketing and SEO - strengthen Shopee's overall SOV, drive traffic, and orders to the platform
