*Conduct player research through surveys, interviews, community listening, and market analysis to deeply understand user motivations, unmet needs, and pain points.
*Collaborate closely with analysts and researchers to identify user needs and market opportunities in India. Provide strategic recommendations on product features and marketing campaigns, and develop frameworks and actionable insights that inform gameplay content, cosmetic offerings, metagame systems, and publishing initiatives.
*Drive product strategy to effectively meet the needs of our target audience, and lead cross-functional teams including R&D, publishing, and other key departments to successfully execute these strategies.
