Team Introduction In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This role will help support and execute the global research team's quantitative research projects, as the project teams strive to deliver research initiatives for the Global Payment Team, such as user experience measurement, customer insight extraction, and product conversion analysis, etc. Responsibilities Support research team in handling quantitative data processing & intepretation: - Survey Scripting & Testing: Program survey logic into survey platforms and conduct testing to ensure seamless functionality before survey launch. - Survey Deployment Logistics: Manage distribution of survey (push out, posting), optimise survey reponses by monitoring live surveys to troubleshoot technical issues when collecting responses. ...
