USRN Team Lead – Active USRN & PHRN with BPO Team Lead and Utilization Review Experience Required

Work Setup: Onsite – Ortigas, Manila
Shift: Nightshift
Salary Package: Up to PHP 90,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently hiring for a USRN Team Lead with strong hospital, utilization review, and BPO leadership experience.

Requirements:

* Active USRN License (NY License Preferred)

* Must have active PHRN License

* At least 3 years Acute Hospital Experience (ER/OR preferred)

* Strong hospital background is required

* At least 1 year Utilization Review experience using Interqual or MCG Tool

* At least 2 years experience as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or BPO Team Lead

* Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas

* Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
