The role involves inbound and outbound telephone calls, troubleshooting complaints, logging faults, and resolving complex customer concerns to a high standard while meeting team goals and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Troubleshoot complaints and log faults for resolution tracking.
- Investigate complex customer concerns and resolve complaints to a fair, balanced outcome.
- Maintain adherence to timelines and ensure cases are closed appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and team KPIs.
- Utilise client‑specific systems, policies and procedures to manage cases.
- Track performance metrics and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
