Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Property Industry experience essential
- At least 5 years minimum experience within a utility's environment
- Creditors/Account reconciliations and payments experience essential
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Financial and Business Acumen
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Utilities include but are not limited to Water, Electricity, Sewer, Effluent, refuse. Alternative Energy Solutions, Back-up Electricity, Gas, and/or other utilities that may be used.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Utility management
- Manage the relationship between Landlord/ Service Providers/Tenants to optimize output.
- Opening of new accounts with Council.
- Council query management
- Regular Reporting and risk management
- Provide support to the team and functions
- Monitor consumption and recovery thereof
