Utility Janitors are a vital asset to our team and play an integral role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of site. Utility Janitors work with the Lodge Manager to follow the company standards for safety, quality, and site cleanliness.
Clean and sanitize all common areas, including the gym, rec room, boot room and front lobbyGarbage and recycling collection and removalFloor care, including sweeping and moppingClean and sanitize all public washroomsClean and sanitize management offices as well as the front desk areaRemoving garbage from dorms and disposing at designated garbage site dailyCollection, distribution, and management of laundry in campPlanned utility checks on assets in camp Troubleshooting utility issues as they arise (plugged toilets, leaky faucets, broken or damaged cosmetic equipment)Replacing doorknobs, li...
