Role Summary
We are hiring a mid-to-senior UX Designer (5 10 years experience) to support the Cards: Use team, focused on credit card servicing experiences across:

Online banking (web)
Native mobile apps
This role requires an end-to-end product designer who can lead work from discovery through design and delivery within a structured, Agile environment.

What the Designer Will Do
Design servicing experiences for:
customers
Partner (white-label) card programs
Work within scrum teams:

Quarterly planning
Monthly releases
2-week srints

Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work in Jira
Write and track design stories
