Own the end-to-end enrolment and onboarding journey, from payment request through open banking consent to affordability assessment and confirmed payment plans, optimising for conversion.Design low-friction,pliant UX for sensitive flows, including vulnerability declaration (FCA Consumer Duty, GDPR Art. 9) and financial decision-making.Lead the confirmation and payment experience, including one-tap VRP journeys and clear tariff/impact visualisations across web and mobile.Define notification andmunication design, including reminders, consent renewals, and affordability triggers, ensuring auditability and regulatorypliance.Drive dual-track discovery, running research ahead of delivery, produci...
