Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Lead the design process from concept to completion for mobile apps, application solutions for assigned project.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a delightful user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate functional application design ideas and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our projects fresh and exciting.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity and fun.
