Our client, a leader in the supply of wood products, is seeking to appoint an experienced Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team in Mobeni, Durban. The successful candidate will support their Operations team in KZN, Cape Town, and Jhb.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandling all administrative duties related to the operations of the KZN branch, namely:
Processing of orders, delivery notes, and invoicing. Managing office stationery and sundry requirements. Creditors reconciliation and requisitions. Quarterly stock-take reconciliations and submissions. Reception and general office duties. Inter-branch administrative support to the Operations teams in KZN, Cape Town, and Jhb. Desired Experience & Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in operational admin. Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems. Package & RemunerationMarket-related.
